The hotline serves all Kansas residents 60 years of age or older, regardless of income. The hotline provides seniors with access to a lawyer who advises them on civil legal matters and refers them to other resources if needed. The Access to Justice Advice Line is open to Kansas residents who need help with civil or domestic legal matters and are referred to the hotline by court staff.
