In addition to the above statutory fee, we charge an authorised registrar to hold a civil partnership ceremony in a Falkirk Council ceremonial room with guests (excluding civil partners and 2 witnesses). When submitting your original CP10 forms, please send only photocopies of documents (not originals). We will see the originals before your civil partnership ceremony or, in the case of a religious/belief ceremony, before your civil partnership plan is issued.
