Yandex is seeking legal counsel with at least three years of experience in handling contracts involving software, technology, data and other intellectual property rights. Very good English skills are one of the main requirements for this position. – Research on various capital markets, tax and labour law issues; – Assisting the firm`s lawyers in due diligence files relating to various projects (mainly mergers and acquisitions and structured finance projects); – preparation of various legal documents; – Assist the Company`s lawyers in advising the Company`s clients (due diligence, ongoing advice).
