How to Remove a Law in the Philippines

The amendments to the Civil Service Act are aimed at eliminating the above-mentioned nationality requirements currently imposed on most public utilities by limiting the definition of “public service” to certain sectors and introducing the concept of “critical infrastructure”, which will be subject to certain foreign restrictions.
