Students explore the role of an administrator in creating a variety of documentation according to established protocols and procedures. This course continues to explore expectations of professionalism in the role of legal representative, including a commitment to privacy, personal responsibility in their roles, and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with employees and clients.
