Closure Rule

Closing Rules provides a sophisticated JavaScript building system for Bazel that emphasizes type security, rigor, testability, and optimization. These policies are created using the closing tools google uses to create sites such as Google.com and Gmail. The goal of this project is to adopt the front-end development methodology that Google actually uses internally and make it easily accessible to external developers. Wiring harness: (Label; required; The default value is @io_bazel_rules_closure//closure/testing:phantomjs_harness”) binary JS or library that exports a single source file to be used as an external PhantomJS script. This rule performs syntax checking and linting on your files. This can be set with the suppress attribute. To learn more about what the Linter wants, read Google`s JavaScript Style Guide. All TSDFs are required to prepare and submit written closure plans. An approved entity submits this plan as part of its licence application. Once the plan has been approved by the licensing authority, it becomes part of the plant`s operating licence. Provisional establishments must have written closure plans within six months of being subject to the closure rules. Some facilities may be able to delay the final closure and continue to receive non-hazardous waste after receiving the final shipment of hazardous waste. This option is only available for landfills, surface dams and land treatment plants.

Only units with sufficient overcapacity and the approval of the EPO Regional Administrator may delay closure. This rule indents a transitive dependency on the closing library. name.css: A collapsed CSS file that defines the transitive completion of dependent style sheets compiled in a deep order. This rule is required to view closure patterns from JavaScript code. All rules closure_js_library with non-empty srcs have an implicit dependency on @closure_library//:closure/goog/base.js. This is a lightweight file that reinforces some very important features, such as goog.provide. Linking this default file is important for the following reasons: entry_points: a dict looks for the value to pass to closure_js_binary. If not, go straight to closure_js_binary. First, the agency amended the post-decommissioning permit requirement to allow the EPA and authorized states to use various agencies to impose requirements on unapproved land disposal units that require care after closure. As a result of this rule, regulators have the flexibility to use alternative mechanisms among various authorities to meet these requirements in unapproved facilities based on the specific needs of the facility. Entities that receive enforceable documents instead of permits after closure must continue to comply with all regulatory requirements applicable to unapproved entities and meet the additional requirements generally described in Title 40 of Section 265.121 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), that is, they must submit installation information in accordance with the regulations, Implementation of plant-wide corrective actions and compliance with applicable groundwater requirements under permits. In addition, the Agency must ensure meaningful public participation at three key stages of the corrective action process – when participating in corrective actions at the facility, when selecting corrective actions, and before making a decision that corrective actions at the facility have been completed.

These requirements ensure that closed installations treated under other authorities are subject to the same level of environmental protection as installations regulated by post-decommissioning permits, while giving regulatory authorities the necessary flexibility to use the best instrument available for the installation. This is a build macro that consists of closure_js_library, closure_js_binary, and phantomjs_test. The purpose of this memorandum is to provide guidance for risk-based clean closure and to confirm that CARN regulated entities can be properly closed to protective and risk-based media cleaning levels under applicable regulations. This attribute is required when JavaScript or template sources depend on a closure_css_library. This rule verifies that all referenced CSS libraries exist in the CSS binary. This is a low-level rule. If possible, please use the macro closure_js_test. This rule can be referenced as if it were: html: (Label; optional; The default value is the HTML file “@io_bazel_rules_closure//closure/testing:empty.html”) that contains the DOM structure of the virtual Web page before the tags are automatically inserted.

Do not include a doctype in this file. This rule should be used in conjunction with closure_js_library. Data: (List of labels; optional) Runfiles, which are usually referenced directly from soybean sources. For example, if the template has a tag , the data attribute of its rule must be set to [“foo.png”] so that the image is available in the Web server runtime files. Due to the post-closure rule, it is at the discretion of the EPA and authorized states to use corrective measures instead of prescribed regulatory requirements (see table below) to treat regulated entities. This flexibility reduces the risk of confusion and inefficiency created by the application of two different regulatory requirements. This second part of the rule does not affect the status of the unit as a regulated treatment, storage or disposal unit or the authorisation requirement for owners and operators. css: (Label; optional) A CSS class that renames the target that should reference a rule closure_css_binary. This causes the CSS name mapping file generated by the CSS compiler to be included in the compiled JavaScript. This tells the closing compiler how to collapse css class names. Under Subtitle C of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Congress grants the EPA the authority to regulate the approval of facilities for the treatment, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste.

In 1982, the EPA issued rules for regulated land disposal units, including rules for the closure of these units, and rules requiring owners and operators of land disposal units to obtain a post-decommissioning permit if they leave hazardous waste on site after decommissioning. Name: (Name; required) Unique name for this rule. The convention states that these rules are named foo_bin or foo_dbg if debug = True. For a poset S, whose partial order is denoted by ≤, a closing operator on S is a function C : S → S {displaystyle C:Sto S}, which increases ( x ≤ C ( x ) {displaystyle xleq C(x)} for all x ∈ S {displaystyle xin S} ), idempotent ( C ( C ( C ( x ) = C ( x ) { displaystyle C(C(x))=C(x)}), and monotonous ( x ≤ y ⟹ C ( x ) ≤ C ( y ) {displaystyle xleq yimplies C(x)leq C(y)} ). [5] In fact, the defining properties of a closing operator C imply that an intersection of closed sets is closed: If X = ⋂ X i {textstyle X=bigcap X_{i}} is an intersection of closed sets, then C ( X ) {displaystyle C(X)} X must contain X and be included in each X i. {displaystyle X_{i}.} This involves C ( X ) = X {displaystyle C(X)=X} by defining the intersection. deps: (List of labels; optional) List of other targets closure_css_library on which CSS files in srcs depend. Second, for all facilities, the agency amended the regulations to allow the EPA and authorized states to replace groundwater and/or closure requirements in regulated entities with similar site-specific requirements developed as part of the corrective action process. The new requirements would be set out directly in a licence or included in the licence by reference to an enforceable document for approved entities or an enforceable document for facilities with provisional status.

In the 1984 Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendments, Congress expanded the EPA`s authority to take corrective action for discharges from all solid waste disposal units (SWMUs) located at hazardous waste facilities.
